Members of a holiday task force targeting drunken driving on Saturday arrested more than 150 drivers across the state.
Of the 162 people busted on suspicion of driving under the influence, 13 were classified as aggravated-DUI drivers, 149 were misdemeanor DUIs and 40 were extreme DUIs.
Drivers with a blood-alcohol content level of 0.15 percent or higher are considered extreme-DUI offenders. The average BAC for Saturday was 0.144, reported the Governor's Office of Highway Safety, which coordinates the statewide task force that began Thanksgiving Day and runs through New Year's Eve
